I can confirm that Bruce Ryan played for Hull FC from 1947-1950 before transferring to Leeds. Was there ,aged 10, among the estimated 4000 crowd at Paragon station when he arrived in Hull. He became my favourite Hull player and I went to almost every home match he played in during his 3 seasons at the club.
