EE Christensen's Yearbook lists Bill Snowden at half & Mel Cooke at lock this has caused a number of subsequent publications to also carry that error.
Bill Snowden withdrew from the New Zealand team on Saturday morning after failing a final fitness test on his injured ankle, Mel Cooke moved from lock to half with Ray Sinel the new lock.
