Biography
Easts junior, a member of the club's 1972 grand final side that lost to Manly, later played in Queanbeyan under former coach Don Furner. Moscatt later succeeded Kevin Ryan as president of the Players Union.

Played in Queanbeyan & Leeds in the UK before returning to Aust & Easts

i remember peter moscatt playing for leeds as hooker for a short while in the days of contested scrums and i thought he was a very good player the year i remember him coming to leeds was 1966 and thought he was very lively in the loose and a good ball winner
