Biography
Stylish centre played several seasons with Easts' juniors before being graded from the Newtown junior league. Wright represented NSW after just 8 first grade matches in 1975 but the remainder of his Sydney career did not live up to early expectations. In 1980 he went to Corrimal in the Illawarra competition and captained Country Firsts.

Was a great player didn’t get enough opportunities in his career, plus was a really good mate from Moree hope all going well for him

Played for Corrimal in 1980 then Redcliffe in the Brisbane competition.
