I am Jim’s eldest child , born in 1963 and wish to notify that Jim sadly died on 11/10/24 . His brain was donated to the Sports Brain Bank . His family believed Jim suffered from CTE . Jim was dearly loved . He had 7 children , Joanne , James ( Jim ) , Julieann, Jason , John, Jessa, and Jeffery.
All J. Vaughans to carry his legacy or be able to open their mail as Jim Snr often joked .Jim Snr’s memorial gathering , 15/11/24 at Gundiah , was where he lived in his early years on the family dairy farms. Back then he excelled at cricket , tennis and rugby league .His legacy lives on.
Rest In peace Jim , as you are dearly missed.
