Frank was my grandfather, who never spoke much about his footy career, but he was a wonderful man who went on to work in the Sheriffs Office. I played for Balmain Christian Brothers for few year and then had to make the decision about playing Footy or getting a job, I chose the latter. My Father, Ron Matthews, was a very gifted player also.
