Vale Bill Heidke Player No 796.
It is with great sadness that we received the news this afternoon of the passing of Bill Heidke on Friday morning 17/01/ 2025.
Bill made his First Grade debut in 1983. He was a creative attacking half back with a strong defensive game. He is fondly remembered by his friends and team mates for his never say never approach to everything that he did. He was loved by all and will be remembered for his infectious laugh, caring nature, quick wit and love of life.
He was always ready with a joke or a witty comment. He was always ready to pick up the mood of those he was with.
He will be sadly missed by everyone who he came in contact with.
We pass on our condolences to his loving family.
