I was scout at Leigh, took Joe to Leigh and signed him for £50. Best business they probably did!

Joe was my uncle. A nicer man you could not meet. Not only was he a great Rugby player, very little is probably known that he was a fantastic artist. A man who came from adversity and a challenging start in life to the heights of playing rugby for Great Britain. He was a testimony to anyone out there who is struggling and feels they cannot leave their current lifestyle behind and realise their true potential.
