Dean played for huddersfield when I was back in England he was a great player for us all heart never stopped trying. A big fans favourites.

An exciting player in a poor side at the time, always entertained, very much a fans favourite, who all loved him, could turn a game with an explosive run or bit of magic with ball in hand, brightened up some dark days for me !

I started playing Rugby League for Leigh East in 1994. Dean was the best player for Leigh at the time and Ive been trying to remember his name for ages. Almost 20 years later and it just pops into my head randomly one morning!

Dean also played for Erina on the NSW Central Coast prior to going to play with Leigh.

Dean Hanger, currently resides on the central coast of N.S.W Aust. He is the owner, operator & developer in the domestic housing construction & developing mining camps to accommodate the mining workers of Australia.
