One of 2 brothers who played in Bathurst there is confusion in newspaper reports as to who represented beyond Bathurst. Various newspapers list Norm & brother Ray together in Bathurst teams but for Group 10, Western Division & Country representative teams in 1941 & 1946 some newspapers list Ray others list Norm.
Rugby League News lists Ray in the Country Seconds team in 1941 but multiple newspapers say Norm was selected then in 1946 Rugby League News lists Norm but some newspapers list Ray.
It is stated Norm was to trial with Newtown and Newcastle in 1941 following his good display for Country.
It is impossible to be certain which brother actually played in these rep games but the balance of probability is it was Norm in all.
