I was fortunate enough to watch Joshua Smith play at the end of his career, the fine lad that he was with all of his fire, brimstone and presence. The last day he played I saw a sadness and a air of knowing that the body had called it a day and the fight had gone from his face due to pain and anguish but not his ability to make a play for his team mates and encourage with mighty yells of valour. I would imagine that he is now encouraging his younger brother Ben Smith to wear the BIG SHOES that Joshua has left behind.
