Additional Notes
Immigrated to New Zealand with his brother Samuel in 1908. Tom was selected for New Zealand's tour of Australia the following year and played in the third Test in Sydney. He moved to Victoria, Australia sometime before 1913, and died in Warrnambool in 1921.
