I think Gary played junior football for Tamworth City, if this is him, he had an amazing sidestep, a great all round sportsman.

gadget was a gentleman with a miss cruise wife Vicky, He certainly was a person who put time into family and friends , never a person to big head himself but help others , Thanks Gadget / Rusty glad to have been part of your life , RIP

I too remember Gary Cameron, as a schoolboy footballer in Newcastle. He was known as Gadget. The family moved to Tamworth but Gary returned to play Presidents Cup with Wests Newcastle. He scored 2 tries in a man of the match performance in the final, against Central Charlestown at Passmore Oval. I think the year was 1972. I was sad to see Gary passed away. R.I.P.

Well, I must say he played a pivotal role in winning the Amco Cup Final against Wally Lewis's Brisbane team.

Always running off the big forwards like Kurt, Dane and Paul Kahn.

Very smart 5/8 in a time when BIG HITS were the game.

Apparently he was an experienced boxer and cowboy.

"Rusty" passed away from Leukemia at just 69 years of age.
