Biography

Veteran Raiders’ hooker, originally from Young, led the club into the play-offs in consecutive years (2002-03). A Country Origin rep in 2002, injury ruled Woolford out of the club’s quarter-final loss to the Roosters in 2004. At the end of the 2006 season, in which he became the third most capped Raiders player in the club’s history (behind Jason Croker and Laurie Daley) Woolford signed with St George I’warra.
