Match Notes

Brian Thompson was a replacement for Col Maxwell he was listed in newspapers as A.Thompson but Wests Archive confirm this to be Brian Thompson who had played the previous 2 seasons under the name of Brian Dawson. He only lasted 5 minutes of the match when he dislocated his shoulder in a collision with the goal post.
